- Research tasks in a proprietary platform supporting healthcare administration automation.
- Perform and support automated data entry into electronic medical record systems for R&D initiatives.
- Complete workflow tasks using scripts, client workflow queues, customer EHRs and portals, knowledge articles, and operational guidance.
- Review and update knowledge base articles to verify their accuracy.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of deep experience working with electronic medical record systems.
- Fluent English.
- Comfort working remotely in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
Nice to have
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, or Athena.
