What you will do

• Analyze data and identify trends to provide leadership with insights for operational improvements and strategic decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to optimize processes and efficiency.
• Manage documentation, project tracking, and process improvement efforts.
• Support high-priority operational projects by evaluating performance metrics and providing data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, finance, accounting, or corporate development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Work authorization for the US (E-Verify participant).
