Senior Product Operations Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States; occasional work at corporate or client offices may be required.

What you will do

• Lead reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics.
• Partner with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions, baselines, and clinical workflow analysis.
• Build and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models for scalable self-serve analytics.
• Automate Key Result reporting to eliminate manual compilation.
• Conduct peer reviews, quality checks, and root-cause analysis of clinical data anomalies.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare business intelligence, or product analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality metrics.
• Ability to participate in internal and external video meetings and work onsite at corporate or client offices when necessary.
