Implementation Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Aarhus C, Denmark; approximately five days of travel per month to customer sites in Denmark and Norway.

What you will do

• Implement Columna Cura for new customers and help existing customers optimise their use of the product suite.
• Train system administrators and super users to use and configure Cura.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation for customer configuration.
• Participate in tender writing for new customers.
• Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, Cura Projects & Services, Product Management and Domain Advisors.
• Provide customer insights that support product and service development.

Requirements

• Approximately five years of experience with Columna Cura or similar products in the municipal care domain.
• Experience in social services, social care, health or care is relevant.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
• Fluent written and spoken Danish and English; non-Danish speakers need not apply.
• Clean criminal record and residence in a NATO or EU country for the past seven years are required for security-classified projects.
