Thought Leader Liaison - West

Location: Field-based within the assigned West territory; candidates must reside within the territory and within reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport. Frequent regional and national travel is required.

Base pay range: $230,000–$260,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic engagement model with external thought leaders in rare neuromuscular diseases.
• Build credible, compliant, and value-driven relationships with neuromuscular experts and advocates.
• Generate insights and translate them into actionable commercial strategy.
• Lead congress, advisory board, and peer-to-peer engagement activities.
• Support disease-state understanding, treatment adoption, and long-term success of Dyne’s neuromuscular portfolio.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and support governance activities across the West TLL region.

Requirements

• Experience engaging external thought leaders and advocates in rare neuromuscular diseases.
• Ability to develop compliant external engagement strategies and convert insights into commercial actions.
• Ability to represent the company in a senior, external-facing capacity.
• Residence within the assigned territory and reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport are required.
• Availability for frequent regional and national travel.
• Bachelor’s degree.
