TL;DR
Associate Director, HCP Marketing, Peer to Peer Education & Congress (Biotechnology): Leading HCP educational initiatives, speaker bureau programs, peer-to-peer engagement, and national and regional medical congress strategy with an accent on compliant execution, KOL collaboration, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on building speaker programs, coordinating congress assets and engagements, managing agency deliverables, and measuring commercial impact.

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Bridgewater, New Jersey office, with remote work available most of the time and in-person collaboration as needed. Occasional domestic travel of approximately 10% is required.

Salary: $155,000–$201,500 annual.

What you will do

  • Lead the strategy and execution of peer-to-peer education programs and HCP engagements in partnership with Medical Communications and external agencies.
  • Build and manage a National Speaker Bureau, including identifying, contracting, and developing clinical expert and KOL speakers.
  • Develop and deliver the annual compliant, on-label speaker training program.
  • Own national and regional medical congress strategy and execution, including booth design, digital and print assets, scientific presentations, content, and HCP engagements.
  • Define and report success metrics while managing program spending to budget.
  • Serve as the primary brand liaison to the Medical Communications agency and partner with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Medical Affairs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in brand management or marketing.
  • Track record of delivering strong commercial results and measurable marketing impact.
  • Experience working with nationally recognized KOLs and managing agencies or consultants.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional, high-performance teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience in HCP personal and non-personal promotion and specialty disease areas is strongly preferred.
