Director, Diagnosis Innovation & Collaboration (Respiratory)

Location: Fully remote; can be performed from anywhere. Occasional travel for team meetings or events is expected, approximately 20%.

Salary: $177,000–$242,000 annual

What you will do

• Lead the identification and delivery of innovative approaches to respiratory diagnosis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and manage high-priority collaborations with external organizations.
• Build relationships with national and international external experts to identify opportunities to support respiratory patients.
• Design initiatives that increase clinical suspicion and screening among high-risk patients across physician settings.
• Develop tools for patient risk stratification and improved diagnostic efficiency in national and regional laboratory systems.
• Create content for healthcare professionals and patients, define performance indicators, analyze regional variation and patient flow, and support early-diagnosis evidence planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing.
• At least 4 years of experience in infectious disease, respiratory, or rare disease.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing senior stakeholders, and influencing executive-level strategy.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret scientific data and prepare presentations for senior executives.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to influence without authority across functions and cultures.
• Ability to shift between high-level strategy and detailed execution, with strong learning capability and an aspiration for excellence.
