Senior Consultant - Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst (Epic)

What you will do

• Deliver Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Analyze and document workflows, monitor end-user processes, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Track risks and issues, support project leadership, and facilitate project status meetings.
• Work directly with Epic end users and coordinate additional duties defined in each client statement of work.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Epic work experience after certification.
• At least one current Epic certification in OpTime or Anesthesia.
• Experience implementing Epic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, multitasking, and deadline management.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new project environments, teams, client rules, and changing project arrangements.
• Professionalism, integrity, accountability, and the ability to mentor and guide others.

Nice to have

• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Experience with Connect or optimization projects.
• Project management experience.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership assignments.
