Senior Integration Analyst (Healthcare AI)

What you will do

• Lead the technical design, build, and deployment of Epic integrations through Epic Aura.
• Support ordering, results delivery, and clinical data-sharing workflows.
• Collaborate with hospital IT teams, Epic representatives, and clinical end users to define requirements and provide implementation support.
• Manage unit, regression, and integrated testing cycles for system changes and enhancements.
• Support go-live initiatives and provide tiered production support for application-specific issues.
• Document workflows, specifications, and best practices for repeatable deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Epic module build experience.
• Epic certification in Beaker, Ambulatory, Interconnect, Bridges, Care Everywhere, or a related module.
• Experience supporting clinical or laboratory ordering and results interfaces.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and Epic interoperability tools.
• Direct experience with Epic Aura deployments and workflows.
• Experience with hereditary, oncology, laboratory, or clinical decision-support integrations.
