TL;DR
Senior Systems Analyst (Epic): Designing, building, and supporting Epic applications to optimize clinical and operational workflows with an accent on ClinDoc and Stork modules. Focus on translating business requirements into reliable configuration, managing system integrations, and leading process improvement activities.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Ohio)

What you will do
- Engage stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, mapping current-state workflows to design Epic builds.
- Configure records, master files, and tools including profiles, rules, and security classes aligned with approved designs.
- Develop and execute unit, integrated, and UAT test plans, logging and resolving defects.
- Collaborate with interface teams on HL7, FHIR, and CCD/CCDA exchange workflows.
- Partner with analytics teams on Clarity/Caboodle extracts and operational reporting needs.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on application management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Administration or related field (or 10+ years of relevant experience).
- 5-7 years of experience in system analysis and support within a healthcare environment.
- Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows.
- Must be based in the state of Ohio.
- Familiarity with ITIL, change control, SDLC practices, and waterfall/agile project methodologies.
Nice to have
- Current Epic Certification or Proficiency in modules such as ClinDoc, HB, PB, Cadence, Referrals, Orders, or Clarity.
- Experience with SQL, Clarity, Caboodle, or SlicerDicer.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
