Thought Leader Liaison - Northeast (Biotech)

Location: Field-based Northeast territory; candidates must reside within the assigned territory and within reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport. Frequent regional and national travel is required.

Base salary: $230,000–$260,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic engagement model with external thought leaders in rare neuromuscular diseases.
• Build credible, compliant, and value-driven relationships with neuromuscular experts and advocates.
• Generate insights and translate them into actionable commercial strategy.
• Support disease-state understanding, treatment adoption, and the long-term success of the neuromuscular portfolio.
• Coordinate congress, advisory board, and peer-to-peer engagement activities.
• Lead defined activities within the Northeast territory and collaborate across functions on governance.

Requirements

• Director-level experience in an external-facing commercial, thought leader, or related life sciences role.
• Experience with rare neuromuscular diseases or related therapeutic areas.
• Residence within the assigned Northeast territory.
• Reasonable driving distance to a major commercial airport and availability for frequent regional and national travel.
• Bachelor’s degree.
