Senior Consultant - Epic Bugsy Analyst (Epic)

What you will do

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Analyze and document workflows, risks, and project issues.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Work with project leadership and Epic end users on documentation, meetings, workflow monitoring, and optimization suggestions.
• Lead project status meetings and coordinate ongoing work products according to client statements of work.

Requirements

• At least two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• At least one current Epic certification, specifically Bugsy.
• Experience implementing Epic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, multitasking, adaptability, and professionalism.
• Ability to work with different teams, adapt to new project environments, meet deadlines, and maintain work quality.
• Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others.

Nice to have

• Experience on a Connect or optimization project.
• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Project management experience.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership assignments.
