Senior Consultant - Epic Inpatient Analyst - Remote (Epic)

Location: Remote across the United States

Company

Provides Epic consulting and administrative computer services to healthcare clients.

What you will do

• Perform consulting services for Epic-related client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Analyze and document workflows, monitor end-user processes, and provide optimization suggestions.
• Track and document project risks and issues while supporting project leadership.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system-build strategy.
• Lead project status meetings and coordinate ongoing work products.

Requirements

• At least two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• At least one current Epic certification, such as EpicCare Inpatient, Clin Doc, Orders, ASAP, or another inpatient specialty.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments, teams, client workplace rules, and changing project assignments.
• Professionalism, integrity, accountability, and the ability to mentor and guide others.

Nice to have

• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Experience with Connect or optimization projects.
• Project management experience.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership assignments.
