Senior Consultant - Epic Orders Analyst (Epic)

Consulting services are provided to clients on Epic-related projects in analyst, project management, project leadership, and training capacities.

What you will do

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Analyze and document workflows, monitor end-user workflows, and provide optimization suggestions.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Track risks and issues, prepare documentation, facilitate meetings, and coordinate project work products.
• Work directly with Epic end users and adapt to changing project assignments, teams, and travel or living arrangements.

Requirements

• At least one current Epic certification is required, such as EpicCare Inpatient, Orders, or another inpatient specialty.
• At least two years of Epic work experience after certification and experience implementing Epic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, multitasking, and deadline management.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new work environments, teams, client rules, and project assignments.
• Ability to mentor and guide others with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Project management experience is preferred; PMP is strongly preferred for project management or leadership roles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic Connect or optimization projects.
• Multiple Epic certifications.
