Functional Consultant/Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Linköping, Stockholm, or Östersund, Sweden

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects, including planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, and budget management.
• Guide customers through solution design, deployment, testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver training sessions on-site or remotely.
• Configure hirify.global solutions according to customer requirements and implementation best practices.
• Analyze spend management processes and drive optimization initiatives with customers.
• Maintain solution documentation, specifications, change requests, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT system implementations, preferably in cloud-based or SaaS environments as a Functional Consultant.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and implementation methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Business-oriented, results-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with spend management solutions or consulting projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV / Business Central, SAP, or Infor M3.
