Senior Consultant - Epic ASAP Analyst - Remote (Epic ASAP)

What you will do

• Provide Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Analyze and document workflows, monitor end-user workflows, and recommend optimization improvements.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Track risks and issues, prepare documentation, and facilitate coordination with project leadership.
• Lead project status and work-product coordination meetings.

Requirements

• At least one current Epic certification, including ASAP certification.
• At least two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• Experience implementing Epic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, multitasking, and deadline management.
• Ability to adapt to new environments, teams, client rules, and changing project arrangements.
• Ability to mentor and guide others with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic Connect or optimization projects.
• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Project management experience.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership roles.
