Senior Consultant - Workday Finance (Workday)

Location: US - National; remote or onsite work, with travel up to 100% as required by hirify.global or the client

What you will do

• Evaluate client processes and procedures and recommend workflow and system configuration changes.
• Build, test, identify issues in, and troubleshoot client software systems.
• Provide project management, project leadership, and work-product coordination.
• Work with project teams, end users, client leadership, and hirify.global stakeholders.
• Lead meetings and maintain accurate documentation of progress, issues, escalations, and handoffs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to clients and teammates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant training, certification, or accreditation.
• At least 2 years of relevant industry-specific experience; 5+ years of professional experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, technical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing deadlines and client service commitments.
• Availability for variable schedules, including weekends, holidays, after-hours, on-call periods, and calls or consultations outside scheduled hours.
