Senior NetSuite Financials Consultant (US - Remote)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base compensation range: $81,980.50–$127,152.38–$172,324.25 annually, with the final offer depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Lead and support full-lifecycle implementations of core and advanced NetSuite solutions and add-on products.
• Partner with project managers and client stakeholders on solution design, configuration, training, documentation, go-live planning, and ongoing support.
• Provide post-implementation troubleshooting, user guidance, and training to support adoption.
• Apply the hirify.global Project Implementation Methodology to deliver consistent client outcomes.
• Maintain relevant NetSuite certifications and contribute to delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience and 6+ years of ERP implementation, financial systems, or accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong accounting or financial systems background.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite accounting modules, OneWorld, intercompany processes, taxation, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay.
• Experience configuring Electronic Bank Payments, including SFTP, ABSI SuiteApps, and other third-party payment applications.
• Experience with Fixed Assets, amortization and allocation processes, Revenue Recognition, and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Strong client relationship, consulting, organizational, prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Biotech or public accounting experience.
• Experience with Multi-Book and SuiteBilling.
• NetSuite certifications.
