TL;DR
Senior NetSuite Financial Consultant (ERP): Leading full lifecycle implementations of NetSuite ERP solutions for clients with an accent on financial process optimization and system configuration. Focus on designing complex Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay flows, configuring SuiteFlow workflows, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: Midpoint $140,000

What you will do
- Lead and support full lifecycle implementations of core and advanced NetSuite solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design, system configuration, and go-live planning.
- Configure NetSuite modules including Electronic Bank Payments, Fixed Assets, and Revenue Recognition.
- Develop and support complex workflows using SuiteFlow.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Champion the internal project implementation methodology to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience.
- 6+ years of ERP implementation, financial systems, or accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite accounting modules, OneWorld, and business process flows.
- Experience configuring Electronic Bank Payments, Fixed Assets, and SuiteFlow.
Nice to have
- Previous biotech or public accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Multi-Book and SuiteBilling.
- Relevant NetSuite certifications.
- Prior consulting experience.
