Adobe – Principal Value Advisor (Adobe)

Location: Remote within the United States; roles are open in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Salt Lake City, and San Diego. Travel is expected.

Salary: $122,700–$155,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Build data-driven value hypotheses, financial models, ROI analyses, and enterprise business cases for Adobe Digital Experience investments.
• Design and facilitate structured discovery sessions and interactive workshops with CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs.
• Apply and evolve value management methodologies, including Adobe’s Value Realization Acceleration framework.
• Create executive-ready industry use cases, value stories, and reusable financial templates.
• Influence Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success during renewals and expansions.
• Align value advisory work with agile and scaled-agile delivery teams.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in value advisory, consulting, or financial strategy.
• Expertise in financial modeling, ROI analysis, customer data, and industry benchmarks.
• Experience leading executive discovery sessions and advising C-suite stakeholders.
• Knowledge of value realization frameworks and the ability to translate technical software capabilities into measurable financial outcomes.
• Experience creating executive-ready deliverables and influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent quantitative background.
• Experience as a squad member or Scrum Master in agile program frameworks.
• Experience with Adobe’s Value Realization Acceleration framework.
