Senior Implementation Consultant (Deacom ERP)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel to customers throughout the U.S. and Canada is required, averaging approximately 25% and potentially increasing to 50% during key project phases.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary representative and escalation resource for customers implementing Deacom ERP.
• Lead customer sessions covering business initiatives, current and future processes, gap analysis, reporting, and data analytics requirements.
• Execute implementation activities including requirements gathering, systems design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, setup, and pre-implementation testing.
• Engineer Deacom solutions for complex customer business requirements and support concept validation and user acceptance testing.
• Provide data migration and formatting recommendations, consulting recaps, and activity reporting.
• Help customers monitor and improve their businesses through relevant KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, supply chain, information systems, or an equivalent field.
• Strong ERP product knowledge and prior software implementation or consulting experience; 3+ years of ERP experience is preferred.
• Understanding of business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to users with different levels of technical expertise, by telephone and in person.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, presentation, written and oral communication skills, and self-motivated execution.
• Valid driver’s license and/or passport for required travel within the U.S. and Canada. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows.

Nice to have

• Business process improvement project experience.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures.
• APICS/CPIM certification.
• Project management experience with MS Project or other planning tools.
• Experience with MS Visio for process mappings and workflow diagrams.
