Enterprise Implementation Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel up to 30–50% may be required to support customer implementations.

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead assigned workstreams within complex, large-scale enterprise implementations and coordinate deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Support planning and execution of enterprise go-live events as a primary contact for designated functional areas.
• Consult with physician, clinical, and operational teams on call workflows and configure solutions within the hirify.global platform.
• Develop and deliver training for clinical users before and after hospital go-live.
• Configure advanced workflows, integrate third-party systems, and conduct testing across devices, platforms, and integrated technologies.
• Build expertise across multiple hirify.global product platforms as project needs evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering or IT-related discipline is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart, Word, Excel, including functions, and PowerPoint; Lucidchart will be used extensively.
• Curiosity about healthcare, adaptability to change, and the ability to collaborate closely with peers and team members.
• Ability to travel up to 30–50% of the time.
