Staff Deployment Strategist (AI/Data Governance)

Location: USA remote; approximately 25–40% travel for customer and prospect onsite visits.

Base salary: $127,000–$171,450 per year.

What you will do

• Diagnose data and AI governance gaps in regulated, complex industries and translate them into platform-backed solutions.
• Advise enterprise stakeholders on governance frameworks, model risk management, data lineage, regulatory reporting, and compliance.
• Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, adoption workshops, and end-to-end implementation and services engagements.
• Build data-backed value stories, define KPIs, and connect governance outcomes with measurable business impact.
• Drive enablement and adoption so data and AI governance practices become embedded in customer workflows.
• Partner with account teams and contribute to Executive Business Reviews and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of lead-level consulting experience delivering projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience delivering services within a software company and managing product implementation and customer success engagements.
• Extensive experience with data management, including data governance, data quality, master data management, or reference data.
• Expertise in at least one target industry: financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or hospitality and travel.
• Working knowledge of data governance, AI governance, metadata management, and platform capabilities; hands-on configuration experience is not required.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel approximately 25–40% for onsite customer and prospect visits.
