Senior Staff Deployment Strategist (AI/Data Governance)

Location: Remote within the United States; approximately 15–30% travel for customer and prospect onsite visits.

Salary: $141,781–$191,404 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end hirify.global implementations and professional services engagements, from kickoff through defined business outcomes.
• Diagnose data and AI governance gaps in regulated industries and translate them into platform-based solutions.
• Advise executive stakeholders on governance frameworks, model risk management, data lineage, regulatory reporting, and data quality.
• Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, adoption workshops, and enablement activities for enterprise customers.
• Define KPIs and build data-backed value stories connecting governance outcomes to measurable business impact.
• Shape delivery methodology, best practices, and frameworks while partnering with account teams on expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of consulting experience in a lead role, with a record of delivering complex projects and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience delivering services within a software company and understanding product implementation and customer success.
• Extensive experience with data governance, data quality, master data management, and reference data.
• Advanced knowledge of data governance, AI governance, metadata management, and platform capabilities.
• Expertise in at least one target industry: financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or hospitality and travel.
• Ability to work effectively remotely through virtual collaboration and travel approximately 15–30% for onsite visits.
