What you will do

• Lead technical design and configuration for complex client implementations across Case Management and Fundraising suites.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client organizational structure, strategic goals, and data migration needs.
• Translate complex technical features into clear demonstrations for diverse stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery within budget and timelines.
• Facilitate collaborative working sessions to empower client subject matter experts in owning their solutions.
• Document project decisions, risks, and status updates in Salesforce and Monday.com.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in software implementation, consulting, or solution architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to document requirements, design solutions, and estimate project effort.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Technical agility and comfort working in ambiguous, creative problem-solving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Case Management or Fundraising products.
• Background in nonprofit operations, human services, or government database reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL for custom data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data migration planning, mapping, and validation.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Monday.com, and Lucidchart.
