Implementation Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Lead complex implementations across case management and fundraising product suites.
• Conduct discovery of client structures, goals, data needs, existing systems, and migration requirements.
• Design, configure, document, and demonstrate tailored solutions within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate delivery with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, Onboarding Consultants, and client subject matter experts.
• Manage client relationships, project risks, scope, priorities, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain project records in Salesforce and Monday.com while contributing to process improvement, reusable assets, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or solution architecture.
• Ability to document requirements, design solutions, and estimate effort and timelines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and independent working skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; current or future employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Administrator or power-user experience with hirify.global Case Management or Fundraising Solutions.
• Experience in human services, social services, nonprofit operations, or nonprofit technology.
• Experience with data migration, SQL, government databases, reporting, or compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Lucidchart.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
