Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Procurement)

Location: Hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week working from an HPE office

What you will do

• Manage commodities and categories globally across goods and services supporting the company and its customers.
• Analyze commodity data, industry trends, and supply-chain subcategories.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into procurement plans.
• Participate in supplier selection and negotiate commercial, legal, and contracting terms.
• Execute risk mitigation, business continuity, cost management, and operational strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and advise business representatives on contract risks.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Understanding of procurement processes, industry practices, and suppliers.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, teamwork, and basic leadership skills.
• Basic analytical, project management, supplier development, and contracting skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language.
