Planner Print Commercial (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end service parts demand planning across the full service lifecycle.
• Analyze historical data, demand patterns, structural shifts, and root causes to improve forecasting and stocking decisions.
• Lead forecast accuracy and bias analysis, implementing corrective actions to improve customer fill rate.
• Define multi-echelon inventory policies and manage shortages, excess, obsolescence, replenishment, backlog, and material balancing.
• Optimize sourcing, repair, reuse, and new-buy strategies to improve inventory health and cost efficiency.
• Lead planning for New Product Introduction and Last Time Buy events while coordinating with PLM, Procurement, and regional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or strongly analytical roles.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with suppliers, customers, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Knowledge of forecasting, inventory optimization, procurement, and repair management; Servigistics SPM and SAP are advantageous.
