Sourcing Product Manager

What you will do

• Manage and support the filling of purchase orders and organize purchasing requisitions.
• Collaborate with the supply chain manager and internal departments to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Forecast sales by item and analyze historical sales, inventory, and trend data.
• Help develop accurate and efficient inventory and purchasing monitoring systems.
• Maintain supplier and vendor information, purchase records, order and delivery status, reports, and statistics in databases and computerized systems.

Requirements

• A university degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity, with accountability for achieving goals and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working effectively with all organizational levels, suppliers, and external customers.
