What you will do

• Lead negotiations for Software and SaaS products to optimize total cost of ownership in support of company initiatives.
• Manage contractual agreements (MSA, SOW, Orders), including redlining and drafting language in partnership with legal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business and financial objectives.
• Analyze supplier performance and quotations to identify savings opportunities and minimize risk.
• Mentor and coach junior team members within the procurement organization.
• Drive process improvement engagements to further mature the global procurement function.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Executive-level English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
• Significant experience in complex commercial and contractual negotiations for technology and non-technology services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or Finance (Master's strongly preferred).
• Proven expertise in identifying total cost of ownership and maximizing business flexibility.
• Ability to align with EST core working hours.
