Bilingual Procurement Manager

Location: Remote in Mexico; core working hours in EST.

What you will do

• Lead negotiations for software, SaaS, professional services, and other technology and non-technology products and services.
• Review and redline MSAs, SOWs, order forms, amendments, and other contractual agreements in partnership with legal.
• Analyze quotations, supplier performance, total cost of ownership, savings opportunities, and business risks.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies aligned with financial and growth objectives.
• Serve as the procurement subject matter expert for assigned work and provide timely internal customer support.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico and work remotely during EST core hours.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required; executive-level written and verbal English communication is required.
• Significant experience leading complex commercial and contractual negotiations with technology and non-technology suppliers.
• Expertise in procurement, total cost of ownership, savings identification, risk minimization, and business flexibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, information technology, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities, influence cross-functional stakeholders, create procurement training, and mentor junior colleagues.

• Master’s degree.
• Background in sales, procurement, or a related commercial function.
