Supply Chain Analyst

What you will do

• Execute purchase orders and manage the procurement cycle for hardware components.
• Coordinate with suppliers on order status, lead times, pricing changes, and escalations.
• Lead order status and product/material readiness calls, documenting decisions and tracking open items.
• Compile and present field quality, supply chain cost, and supplier performance metrics.
• Maintain reports covering inventory, open orders, backlog, fulfillment status, and cost variances.
• Support ESG initiatives and improve supply chain data validation, workflow documentation, and reporting consistency.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, data tools, and ERP or order management systems.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve day-to-day efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/order management platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware or technology supply chains, including servers, storage, or networking.
• Exposure to global manufacturing partners or contract manufacturers.
