Trainee Procurement (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for suppliers and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Place purchase orders according to agreed pricing and procurement strategies in coordination with Strategic Buyers.
• Coordinate with Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Customs teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Manage deliveries, supporting documentation, invoice processing, and supplier non-conformance follow-up.
• Support supply chain continuity and manufacturing requirements through timely communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or a related field.
• Strong adaptability, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English communication skills.

• Professional experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related functions.
