Senior Consultant - Epic Beaker Analyst (Epic Beaker)

What you will do

• Provide Epic consulting and administrative computer services on client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to system build, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
• Analyze and document workflows, monitor end-user processes, and provide optimization suggestions.
• Track and document project risks and issues while supporting project leadership.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system-build strategy.
• Lead project-status meetings and coordinate ongoing work products.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Epic experience.
• At least one current Epic certification in Beaker Anatomic Pathology, Beaker Clinical Pathology, or Genomics.
• At least two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Adaptability to new project environments, teams, client rules, and changing project arrangements.
• Professionalism, integrity, mentoring ability, and a strong work ethic.

Nice to have

• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Experience with Connect or optimization projects.
• Project management experience.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership roles.
