Senior Consultant - Epic Principal Trainer (Epic)

What you will do

• Provide Epic consulting, training, and administrative computer services for client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Analyze and document workflows, monitor Epic end-user processes, and recommend optimization improvements.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system-build strategy.
• Track risks and issues, prepare documentation, facilitate coordination, and lead project-status meetings.
• Support additional project duties defined in individual client statements of work and represent hirify.global at selected corporate and client events.

Requirements

• At least one Epic certification.
• At least two years of experience as an Epic Principal Trainer or Instructional Designer after certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, scheduling, deadline management, and independent-work skills.
• Adaptability to new environments, teams, client rules, and changing project locations or travel and living arrangements.
• Ability to mentor and guide others with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

Nice to have

• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Project management experience.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership responsibilities.
