What you will do

• Create interactive learning and certification content using adult learning theory and modern eLearning technologies.
• Partner with subject matter experts to define objectives, design interactions, develop storyboards, and create assessments.
• Analyze AEC audiences and program needs to design effective customer learning experiences.
• Manage assigned projects, documentation, course folders, contributors, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Enablement and Professional Services teams to align and improve courses.
• Research customer needs and ensure the quality of education content.

Requirements

• Experience applying instructional design principles, course development, and curriculum design.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, technologies, and learning platforms.
• Knowledge of essential UX and design principles.
• Proficiency in project management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyze audiences, define learning objectives, and create assessments with minimal oversight.
• Ability to work effectively in changing, high-pressure, and ambiguous environments.
