Learning Experience Designer (AEC)

Location: Remote in the US; Pasadena, California

Base pay: $77,100–$96,400 per year

What you will do

• Create interactive learning and certification content using adult learning theory and current learning technologies.
• Work with subject matter experts to define objectives, design interactions, develop storyboards, and create assessments.
• Analyze AEC audiences and program needs to design effective customer learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Enablement teams on learning content and course alignment.
• Manage project documentation, course folders, contributors, timelines, and content quality.
• Research customer needs and apply findings to education content.

Requirements

• Knowledge of instructional design principles, trends, course development, and curriculum design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools, technologies, and platforms.
• Proficiency in essential UX and design principles.
• Proficiency in project and stakeholder management.
• Ability to define problems, implement solutions, monitor results, and work effectively in changing environments.
• Must be based in the US for this remote position.
