Salary: $80,200–$114,200 national range; $80,200–$130,200 national plus range

What you will do

• Lead technical training and curriculum development staff and support their professional growth.
• Consult with management, customer groups, stakeholders, and other departments on training needs and operational projects.
• Evaluate training needs, identify target groups, test evaluation methods, and determine effective delivery approaches.
• Assess the effectiveness of training staff and programs across multiple campuses and identify gaps in quarterly delivery schedules.
• Develop training budgets, ensure training rooms are properly equipped, and administer performance improvement activities.
• Build relationships across the organization, advise senior management, resolve conflicts, and advocate for Workforce Development priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of work experience.
• At least two years of experience with technical training or procedure development programs.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, contact center, or operations.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced training environment.
