Senior Consultant - Healthcare Project Manager - Remote (Epic)

Location: Remote within the United States

hirify.global provides consulting and administrative computer services for clients on Epic-related healthcare IT projects.

What you will do

• Manage and deliver Epic-related projects for client organizations.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Track and document project risks, issues and workflows.
• Collaborate with project leadership through documentation, facilitation and status meetings.
• Work with Epic end users to monitor workflows and recommend optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• At least five years of Epic project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple types and sizes of Epic projects.
• At least one Epic certification; multiple certifications are preferred.
• At least two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new assignments, teams, client workplace rules and changing project travel or living arrangements.

Nice to have

• PMP certification for project management and leadership roles.
• Experience mentoring and guiding others.
