Vice President, Senior Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed location is Tustin, with up to 30% travel.

Salary: $160,000–$175,000 USD per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead complex healthcare projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, quality, and client expectations.
• Provide executive-level oversight for multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, planning, and consulting teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for healthcare clients across Northern California and Hawaii.
• Partner with marketing and healthcare leadership to identify opportunities, develop proposals, lead presentations, and support contract negotiations.
• Collaborate across offices and disciplines to advance project delivery and strategic growth.
• Mentor project managers and support recruiting, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience with a strong portfolio of healthcare projects.
• Minimum 8 years of HCAI/OSHPD experience.
• Experience building and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Strong client relationship, business development, communication, collaboration, and strategic leadership skills.
• PMP, CCM, DBIA, or related project management and construction certifications are preferred.
