Senior Consultant - Healthcare Programme Manager - UK (MEDITECH)

Location: United Kingdom; hybrid remote with anticipated onsite requirements and varying travel based on project needs

What you will do

• Provide programme-level leadership for MEDITECH initiatives, aligning goals, scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery strategy.
• Lead complex, multi-workstream healthcare IT programmes and facilitate status reviews and executive updates.
• Apply MEDITECH expertise to system strategy, workflow analysis, optimization recommendations, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Identify, track, and escalate programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Advise client and hirify.global leadership, represent hirify.global in client meetings, and support engagement communications.
• Mentor and coach project leaders and workstream leads on governance and delivery best practices.

Requirements

• Healthcare IT programme or project director experience across multiple complex projects.
• Demonstrated success leading MEDITECH implementations, upgrades, or optimization programmes on time and within budget.
• Experience with MEDITECH platforms; Expanse experience is strongly preferred.
• Programme management experience; Prince2 or PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with healthcare IT within the NHS is strongly preferred, along with experience leading large, multi-phase initiatives.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, communication, organization, adaptability, accountability, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• MEDITECH Expanse experience.
• Prince2 or PMP certification.
• NHS healthcare IT experience.
