Assistant Programme Manager

Location: Glasgow; hybrid home, office and site working

What you will do

• Support the effective delivery of a major infrastructure programme in a highly regulated environment.
• Contribute to programme governance, controls and reporting.
• Manage risks, actions and governance processes across the programme.
• Support long-term planning and the development of future programme requirements and priorities.
• Engage with stakeholders across the programme and deliver clear communications and presentations.

Requirements

• Experience in programme management, programme controls or governance environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing risks, actions, governance processes or programme reporting.
• SC Clearance is required; restrictions relating to UK residency and nationality apply.

Nice to have

• Experience in infrastructure, defence, engineering or other regulated environments.
