What you will do

• Advise client teams and leadership on Epic applications and project delivery.
• Identify risks and issues, communicate their impact, and present technical concepts through workflow demonstrations and diagrams.
• Manage timelines, competing priorities, and project activities to support successful implementations.
• Analyze and document workflows, technical materials, training resources, and other project deliverables.
• Mentor client teams in project and system build while developing long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to internal documentation, onboarding, consulting methodologies, service development, and team capability growth.

Requirements

• Certification in at least one Epic software application; multiple Epic certifications are preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing or maintaining Epic applications for non-US Epic clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Project management experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse healthcare groups across changing environments.
• Fluent English required; ability to travel up to 50% on domestic and international trips.
