Location: Breukelen office, Netherlands; in-office 2 days per week

What you will do

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems during customer implementation projects.
• Consult with clients to understand operational needs, business objectives, and trading partner requirements.
• Research, isolate, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer change events and escalations.
• Provide project updates, manage expectations, and maintain transparency throughout implementation phases.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies and risks, and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Advocate for customer outcomes by aligning internal deliverables with client business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and root-cause problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather requirements, work with data, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and independently drive issues to resolution.
