Senior Consultant - Digital Program Manager - Healthcare

What you will do

• Provide expertise in product management, digital strategy, digital transformation, and program management best practices.
• Guide multiple stakeholder teams in transitioning to an Agile Product methodology and Product Delivery operating model.
• Advise on portfolio and project intake, prioritization, organizational design, team structures, business rhythms, and meeting cadences.
• Support execution of the digital roadmap by removing blockers and advancing strategic initiatives.
• Assess program effectiveness, identify gaps, propose solutions, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Align business and technical stakeholder needs through productive discussions, clear decisions, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, vision, and strategy development.
• Healthcare technology and EHR system experience.
• Deep knowledge of content, product, and search management systems; digital operations; knowledge management; mobile; personalization; data modeling; workflow modeling; business process re-engineering; and digital asset management.
• Experience with vendor negotiations, relationship management, strategic thinking, innovation, and solving ambiguous problems.
• Strong change leadership, ownership, relationship-building, team management, leadership, and coaching skills.

• Experience in financial services, retail, or healthcare.
• Passion for emerging technologies and their application to product development.
