Senior Program Manager, Tech - Workday Workforce Management

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA; onsite four days per week and within commuting distance of hirify.global's corporate offices.

Salary: $142,000–$220,500 annual, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Drive complex HR technology and analytics programs from intake and prioritization through roadmap execution and rollout.
• Enable and optimize Workday Scheduling and Labor Optimization tools for Workforce Management teams.
• Evaluate AI-driven tools and support responsible AI adoption across HR functions.
• Gather system requirements, design related processes, develop user acceptance testing plans, and ensure successful implementation.
• Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicate program status and risks through VP level, and manage governance and service delivery expectations.
• Engage SaaS vendors, validate feature design through research and usability sessions, and investigate root causes of underperforming business KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program, project, or product management experience delivering SaaS solutions.
• 4+ years of HRIS and/or Workforce Scheduling and Labor Optimization tool experience in a large corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional technical initiatives across multiple teams and functional areas.
• Understanding of AI technologies and their application within HR, including responsible evaluation and adoption of AI-driven tools.
• Familiarity with agile development frameworks and tools such as Jira, plus knowledge of cloud, APIs, services, Windows stack, and database technologies.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of configuration-level Workday experience with HCM and Scheduling.
• Experience influencing SaaS product roadmaps and benchmarking with industry peers.
