Program Manager, Strategy & Operations (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States, with the option to be based at the Bethesda, MD office. Listed locations include Arlington, VA; Durham, NC; Austin, TX; and Novi, MI.

What you will do

• Own performance management for Annual Operating Plan objectives and Key Results, maintaining accountability and progress.
• Track operational tempo, close feedback loops, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation of blockers.
• Facilitate annual planning cycles and mid-year adjustments across departments.
• Refine and document the Annual Operating Plan playbook.
• Prepare data-driven narratives and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Coordinate alignment and dependencies across Analytics, Field, Product, and other organizational stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing projects, tracking performance, and driving execution in complex environments.
• Ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Strong critical thinking, strategic problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and ownership of outcomes.
