Regional Ocean Product Manager (Ocean Freight)

Location: Rozenburg, Netherlands; onsite position. Additional European locations may also be considered.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the European Ocean product strategy.
• Own regional revenue, TEU, growth, and profitability objectives.
• Identify priority trade lanes, verticals, and customer segments.
• Lead carrier, capacity, allocation, and procurement alignment.
• Support strategic customer opportunities and major tenders.
• Coordinate Product, Pricing, Sales, Operations, and Finance decisions while monitoring performance and leading corrective actions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of freight forwarder or carrier trade and pricing experience, including a minimum of 7 years in management.
• In-depth knowledge of ocean products, including FCL, LCL, and special-cargo capabilities.
• Strong negotiation skills with global carriers and shipping lines.
• Good command of written and spoken English required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, ownership, and people-management skills.

Nice to have

• French or Spanish language skills.
