What you will do

• Build and manage the China–Europe ocean product, including port-to-port and port-to-DC or door delivery services.
• Develop European rate cards with surcharge schedules, rate validity, quote turnaround targets, named-account rates, and margin floors.
• Lead negotiations for European carrier contracts and establish alternative capacity across key shipping lanes.
• Manage the weekly booking and capacity cycle, including demand forecasting, bookings, carrier allocations, and rollover reduction.
• Define European trade-operation procedures covering booking management, origin coordination, customs, dangerous goods, reefer cargo, and port-to-DC transport.
• Partner with sales and global procurement, ensure buy contracts become sell-ready rate cards, and hire pricing, procurement, and trade-operations specialists.

Requirements

• Experience leading ocean freight product, pricing, procurement, or trade operations across China–Europe logistics.
• Ability to negotiate carrier contracts and manage capacity allocations across multiple shipping lanes.
• Experience designing service levels that align commercial commitments with operational delivery.
• Ability to connect pricing, procurement, bookings, operations, and quote-to-bill systems with shipment-level margin visibility.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, global procurement, and logistics operations.
