What you will do

• Build and manage a shift support team, including target setting, performance reviews, and development action plans.
• Ensure operational stability by managing logistics disturbances and escalating structural issues.
• Coach individual team members and define required training to ensure department flexibility.
• Define, implement, and improve reporting and monitoring via KPIs and dashboard insights.
• Maintain work instructions and skill matrices while aligning work across different shifts.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related Engineering field.
• Experience working within a high-tech production environment.
• Proven experience in direct or indirect people management.
• Broad logistical and business knowledge and understanding.
• Ability to work in a 2-shift support schedule in Veldhoven.
• Required certificates of conduct (VOG and VGB).

Nice to have

• Experience with the hirify.global Manage Disturbance process.
• Background in change management, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience driving change using problem-solving methods such as the 4C's.
• Experience in individual coaching.
