Procurement Manager Commercial and DaC (New Product Development and Manufacturing): Leading sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and procurement activities for new heating and cooling products with an accent on time-to-market, cost targets, quality, sustainability, and supply-chain resilience. Focus on coordinating R&D, engineering, quality, product management, commodity management, and suppliers while developing the Business Unit procurement team.
Location: Apeldoorn, Netherlands; hybrid work with 2 to 3 days per week at the headquarters

What you will do
- Lead procurement activities within the Business Unit and own procurement activities for New Product Development.
- Define and implement sourcing strategies aligned with Group Procurement and commodity strategies.
- Lead supplier selection and engagement for new product introductions.
- Partner with R&D, Product Management, Quality, Engineering, Commodity Management, country procurement teams, and suppliers.
- Drive time-to-market, cost, sustainability, quality, and risk-reduction objectives.
- Identify procurement process improvements and lead and develop the Business Unit procurement team.
Requirements
- Strong procurement and supplier management experience in an international environment.
- Experience working with product development, engineering, or technical teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across functions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proactive, organised, hands-on, and collaborative approach with a global perspective.
- Fluency in English required.

- Additional European language skills.
- Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
