Manager of IFM Analytics & Reporting (Healthcare)

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Base pay: $102,000–$184,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Lead monthly financial reporting and analyze business results, performance drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver claims trend analysis, dashboards, ad hoc claims analytics, and call center performance reporting.
• Forecast telesales calls and applications and support performance management.
• Oversee telesales invoice validation and accrual development for accurate financial reporting and vendor management.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Lead, coach, prioritize, and review the work of a team of analysts while collaborating with Finance, Sales, Operations, Actuarial, and IFM leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus either 3 years of experience in data/analytics, healthcare network/reimbursement, or management consulting, or 6 years of experience in health care or health insurance.
• At least 1 year of management or leadership experience.
• Strong analytical ability, including manipulating and analyzing large datasets and presenting findings clearly.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to translate data into actionable takeaways.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences.
• Ability to manage complex priorities, programs, and processes in an ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with health plan reimbursement, network contracting, or medical drug reimbursement.
• Experience managing a data and analytics team.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science, or statistics, or an advanced degree such as a JD, MBA, or MHA.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience creating dynamic dashboards with Tableau or Power BI and experience in the healthcare payer, provider, or pharmacy sector.
