Managed Services Revenue Cycle Technology Manager (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Chicago, United States; limited travel required. Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Salary: $115,000–$151,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage the rollout, deployment, stabilization, and ongoing stewardship of technology initiatives across the managed services technology stack.
• Oversee reporting, analytics, AI, automation, and platform enhancement initiatives aligned with operational objectives.
• Track impact, ROI, risks, optimization opportunities, and progress, providing actionable updates to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Continuous Improvement, Operations, data engineering, data science, product, and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and guide the design of scalable analytics and AI solutions.
• Manage training, communication, documentation, playbooks, adoption, and change management.

Requirements

• Permanent U.S. work authorization and a bachelor's degree.
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle, healthcare revenue cycle IT, or consulting.
• Strong operational understanding of revenue cycle processes and experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Experience using SQL and Python to develop analyses across complex data sources.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight.
• Experience with cloud and data platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks, plus the ability to guide data engineering and data science teams.
