Senior Consultant - Epic Home Health/Hospice Analyst (Epic)

What you will do

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to client system build and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Analyze and document workflows, monitor end-user processes, and recommend optimization improvements.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system-build strategy.
• Track risks and issues, facilitate documentation, and coordinate with project leadership.
• Lead project-status meetings and coordinate ongoing work products.

Requirements

• At least one current Epic certification in Home Health, Hospice, Dorothy, or Comfort is required.
• At least three years of Epic experience and a minimum of two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• Experience implementing Epic is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively with different client teams, follow workplace rules, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic Connect or optimization projects.
• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Project management experience.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership assignments.
