Sr Mgr Analytics Consulting (Remote)

Location: Remote, based in the United States; listed location is Chicago, Illinois

Base pay: $121,200–$225,200 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and control the activities of an analytics team supporting business segments with business intelligence.
• Lead initiatives analyzing complex business problems using internal and external data sources.
• Coordinate multifunctional efforts to identify subject matter expertise and develop recommendations and action plans.
• Provide data-based strategic direction to address business issues and opportunities.
• Ensure policies and procedures align with the corporate vision.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to support efficient function operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science, business statistics, accounting, or finance, or four years of experience.
• Seven years of experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants, or with internal stakeholders and external clients for pharmacy roles.
• Seven years of experience involving data analysis and information reporting related to healthcare data.
• Four years of leadership experience, including two years in a management position.
• Experience with healthcare benefits, terminology, concepts, and insurance economics.
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, analytical, communication, presentation, organizational, and PC skills, including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Managed Healthcare Professional or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation.
• Epidemiology, statistics, or biostatistics experience.
• Experience with regression modeling, predictive analysis, risk assessment, or clinical program evaluation.
